Sorry this took long to update, was out of contact for a few days.
Grandma is at Mercy General Hospital getting Physical Therapy. She is standing on her own, but not walking yet. They are focusing on her getting up and down from bed and chairs right now. She has had a slight return of movement to her left arm. So far still doing great, sleeps good now because of the PT. All of the physicians are very hopeful based on the level of improvement already and she has a tenative escape day of January 11th.
Keep praying for her so that she does not get discouraged.

ReplyDeleteI hate hospitals!!!! Now that I have that off my chest... Grandma up-date. She is able to stand more, get around by herself in a wheelchair (slowly) is working hard at getting better. Hospital food stinks. Being in one stinks too! However, all the people taking care of grandma are awesome. They think grandma is awesome too! Keep praying. Her day to be sprung is January 11. Hope we are ready.
